Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a healthcare model where patients pay a monthly fee for personalized, accessible healthcare without insurance hassles.

Initial Direct Primary Care Consultation $149 then $119/month

Initial Direct Primary Care Consultation $149 (45 min):

• Comprehensive Wellness Exam resulting in a personalized, strategic treatment plan that may include supplements, prescriptions, osteopathic manipulation treatment (OMT), further testing and lifestyle recommendations.

• Within 2 weeks, for no extra cost, we'll follow-up to review baseline lab results and appropriate therapy.

• Annual EKG, if appropriate

• Discuss benefits of Direct Primary Care membership*:

  • Annual Comprehensive Wellness Exam with no copay

  • Annual Women's Health Exam with no copay

  • 3 Extended in-person follow-up visits with no copay

  • Medication Management

  • Acute Sick Visits with no copay

  • Telemedicine

There is a one-time, non-refundable onboarding fee of $100. This fee covers costs associated with onboarding (such as creating charts, forms, and related administrative work) and to review your case. It is required at the time of scheduling your first appointment and will be applied towards your Initial Direct Primary Care Comprehensive Wellness Exam.
